OCR... more than running

 I need a good OCR and I wish this pandemic ended better today than tomorrow.

Crazy years call for crazy events: Up to today for me hiking was more or less only slow running. Not anymore! A hike is totally different. But it’s not less fun! Especially not if you hike with friends!                         ...

Sunrise was at 5:17 a.m. on the day of the summer solstice and the run was called “Run into the sun”. So I woke up at 4:30 a.m. and stood at the virtual start line only 45 minutes later.  

BTW: This is a real photo of the day! In the forest near my home, where I run regularly, we have many animals like eg deer.

One more time an event was only a virtual event. I would like to run with and against other people. I can’t tell you who much I hate this pandemic! Based on an obstacle course, the challenge today was to interrupt the run twice and do a series of exercises

Sadly, most of the Events in 2020 were canceled and the few, which are not canceled, are virtual or digital. I don’t like it but take part of some of them…..  

Fuck of, Corona! (Sorry!) This year nearly all events were canceled. The global pandemic made events, whether culture or sport, impossible. I don’t want to talk about corona! But I tried to motivate myself and my running club. So I challenged my club to run against me. All kilometers, which are run at the normal training days Tuesday and Thursday, will be added. These will be reduced by my own kilometers and the result will be paid in beer at the summer party of the club. Fun fact: A local TV-Station got interest to report about this:
